Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy


To be eligible for a return/exchange for a damaged product, we need opening video of parcel, without opening video of parcel we do not consider product as damaged in transit. Upon sending us opening video, product should be shipped to our address within 24-48hours, failing to do so, won’t be eligible for return/exchange.

Return applicable with original receipt and product should be in unused condition, there will not be any cash back for return products, credit note will be raised which will be valid for 6 months.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error not eligible for return/exchange.

Domestic Refunds Policy

Refund applicable in case customer receives damaged product, to ensure product is damaged when received customer needs to provide complete opening video of the parcel, if product is damaged customer needs to send product back within 48 hrs upon receiving parcel and provide us with proper shipping details. Once we receive the product, if customer is interested they can choose any other product of same value if so will ship the product choosen or will refund the amount within 5-7 business days. Any delay in sending the product back or failing to provide complete opening video of parcel, refund will not be applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will be raised or you can purchase any other product of equal value.

Shipping within India is free one time per order, any returns/exchanges of products involved with multiple shipments for same order need to be taken care by customer.

International Refund Policy

For most of the International shipments packages are opened at customs and clear label will be mentioned on the consignment, customer needs to provide complete opening video of the consignment and if any damages then need to ship us back within 5 business days from day of receiving the parcel, shipping charges to be borne by customer, any customs need to be taken care by customer. Once we receive the damaged products, customer will be given option to either choose another or opt for refund, if refund then it will be processed within 5-7 working days. Any delay in sending products back or failing to provide complete opening video refund won’t be accepted

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchange applicable only on Silver products purchased at MRP price with no discounts involved within 2 years from date of purchase. Exchange will be 40 percent ON MRP, no cash back will be given, credit note will be raised with validity of 6 months. Exchange is not applicable on beads/pearls/black beads/any kind of beads jewellery.


To return your product, you should mail your product to: Samskruthi Jewellers, F1 aaltos a and m trade centre building beside Mc Donald’s Himayathnagar, Hyderabad 500029

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper trackable service.
